This has been by far the least professional interaction we have had with any contractor and caution anyone against doing any type of significant work to their home with Frank. I have given Frank the opportunity to complete and repair the work he has already paid for before writing this review but he refused to respond. Fortunately the work we originally contracted has been mostly completed with the exception of Frank s poor work that we will likely have to pay more to have taken care of. He was condescending and dismissive when we could get on the phone and has all together stopped responding once receiving payment for the portion of the work he did. He handed off the job to someone else without any consultation and just stopped showing up.
Instead, Frank did not even complete the bedroom portion of the reno, and the work he did do was subpar especially involving the finish work to the drywall. We operated on the understanding that Frank would be doing the working himself while bringing in help when necessary. We contracted a significant amount of work with Frank including renovating a basement, bathroom and bedroom.
